Extra bed:
One extra bed is allowed per room charged US$ 35 including breakfast (see children policy) except Villa 2 which is limited to 2 extra beds (3 bedroom villa).

50% of the applicable rate may be
applied for early check in by Tamu Seseh.
50% of the applicable rate is applied for late check out
until 18:00 (6:00pm).
Any stay exceeding 18:00
(6:00pm) will be considered as a full night
room charge.
Children Policy:
- Child 0 - 11 years old is free if sharing the same bed as the parents.
- Child 12 years or older
are considered an adult.
- The additional child or adult in each room should take an extra bed.

Reservation: - Our Process
We ask that you
read the Terms & Conditions section located further down the page as it is
different for each hotel.
You make a date
and room type enquiry to us, we check availability.
We reply to you
with availability of your enquiry, along with a few questions necessary to make
a reservation.
If you do not wish make a
reservation, please ignore the email.
Payment advise
is also included in the email using the latest currency mid rate.
You email us
back with the details that we requested and make payment.
We get written
confirmation of your reservation, then we send the accommodation itinerary to
you.

TERMS /
CONDITIONS / POLICIES
Payments:
Payments are to
be made within 3 business days. You may wish to send proof of payment to us to
safeguard against delays.
We
reserve the right to alter quotes should the AUD currency move down suddenly
prior to receiving payment.
Payment types that we accept:
- Bank Deposit - Please use the
reference number provided when making a payment.
- Bank Cheque - Please write the
reference number provided on the back of the cheque before mailing to
us.
- Personal Cheques - Please endorse
the back of the cheque with you name, address and your drivers license number
along with the reference number provided before mailing to us.
- Credit Card - At this stage, we
can only accept credit card payments via PayPal.
- PayPal - You will need to include
the PayPal fee to the amount that you are paying. Please use the reference
number provided when making a payment.
Change
Booking Policy:
Subsequent
booking changes (date or name) after confirmation will be treated on a request
basis.
With all good
intentions, the Tamu Seseh can not guarantee availability with date
changes.
The Tamu Seseh reserves the
right to refuse & cancel the reservation.
Cancellation
Policy:
Please note: All cancellation policies found on this website are
reflected by the hotel / resort actual cancellation policies with one (1)
additional day added by Bali Hotels & Tours for administration
purposes.
For cancellations in Low
Season:
- 16 days or longer before
arrival date is no charge.
- 15 days or less before
arrival date is charged 50% of the total stay cancellation
fee.
For cancellations in High Season:
- 47 days or longer before
arrival date is no charge.
- 46 days or less before
arrival date is charged 50% of the total stay cancellation
fee.
For cancellations in Peak
Season:
- 62 days or longer before arrival
date is no charge
- 61 days or less before arrival
date is charged 50% of the total stay cancellation
fee.
Shortening stays 4 days or less
before arrival is charged a one (1) night fee.
Early departures will be
charged a one (1) night
fee.
No show with be
charged 50% of the total length of stay or a minimum of 2 nights
penalty.
Refund Policy:
Subject to the Cancellation Policy of this hotel / resort, refund
amounts are calculated at the currency mid rate shown on your
itinerary.
The cost of International Money
Transfers (IMT's) will also be deducted. This charge will be almost unavoidable as we make prompt payment to the hotel.
After a refund has been issued, you can not make a reservation at
the same hotel / resort at or around the same
period.
