Sunset Wing: Max 3 persons (queen / triple single beds) - This wing is also behind the Pool Wing & beside the Garden Wing. It is around the second pool that also has a pool bar (pool bar only open when demand is high enough). Making A Reservation: - Our Process We ask that you read the Terms & Conditions section located further down the page. You make a date and room type enquiry to us, we check availability. We reply to you with availability of your enquiry, along with a few questions necessary to make a reservation. Payment advise is also included in the email using the latest currency midrate. You email us back with the details that we requested and make payment. If you do not wish make a reservation, please ignore the email. We get written confirmation of your reservation, then we send the accommodation itinerary to you. TERMS / CONDITIONS / POLICIES Payments: Payments are to be made within 3 business days. You may wish to send proof of payment to us to safeguard against delays. We reserve the right to alter quotes should the AUD currency weaken suddenly. Payment types that we accept: Bank Deposit - Please use the reference number provided when making a payment. Bank Cheque - Please write the reference number provided on the back of the cheque before mailing to us. Personal Cheques - Please endorse the back of the cheque with you name, address and your drivers license number along with the reference number provided before mailing to us. Credit Card - At this stage, we can only accept credit card payments via PayPal. PayPal - You will need to include the PayPal fee to the amount that you are paying. Please use the reference number provided when making a payment. Change Booking Policy: Date changes to arrive from 1st May 2010 will need to pay normal rates. Subsequent booking changes (date or name) after confirmation will be treated on a request basis. With all good intentions, Troppo Zone can not guarantee availability with date changes. Troppo Zone reserves the right to refuse & cancel the reservation. Cancellation Policy: Please note: All cancellation policies found on this website are reflected by the hotel / resort actual cancellation policies with one (1) additional day added by Bali Hotels & Tours for administration purposes. For cancellations 9 days or longer before arrival date is no charge. For cancellations 8 days or less before arrival date is charged one (1) night cancellation fee. No-shows and early departures will be charged at 100% of the total accommodation fee. Refund Policy: Subject to the Cancellation Policy of this hotel / resort, refund amounts are calculated at the currency mid rate shown on your itinerary. The booking fee is non refundable (unless we have not sent the money). The cost of a return International Money Transfer (from the hotel to us) will also be deducted.
